The Labour Party is a partnership of working people, through their affiliated trade unions, socialist societies and Labour Party members. The union link means that trade unions are an integral part of the Labour Party, and we that have a say in the Labour Party’s democratic decision-making at every level, from local constituency Parties, to Annual Conference, to the governing National Executive Committee.

Trade unions use their voice in the Party to push for policies that will transform the lives of working people for the better.
